Wellvedis ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights over it.

What We Collect

Email Address

If you choose to receive your wellness results or tips, you can optionally provide your email address. This is submitted via Formspree and used only to send wellness-related content from Wellvedis. We do not sell, share, or rent your email address to any third party.

Behavioural Analytics (GA4)

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects anonymised data such as pages visited, time spent, and general device/browser type. No personally identifiable information (PII) is collected through analytics. We do not track your name, health inputs, or assessment responses through GA4.

Assessment Responses

Your answers to the Wellvedis Score assessment are processed entirely in your browser (client-side). They are never transmitted to any server. Wellvedis does not store, log, or have access to your assessment answers.

How We Use Your Information

  • Email: to send wellness content you opted into, and nothing else
  • Analytics: to understand aggregate site usage and improve our tools
  • Calculator inputs: processed locally in your browser, never sent to our servers

Cookies

GA4 uses cookies to distinguish users. These are analytics cookies only — no advertising or tracking cookies are set. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Third-Party Services

  • Formspree — processes email form submissions. Their privacy policy applies to data they handle.
  • Google Analytics 4 — processes anonymised usage data. Google's privacy policy applies.

Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold. To exercise these rights, contact us at wellvediss@gmail.com.

Data Retention

Email addresses collected via Formspree are retained until you request removal. Analytics data is retained per Google's default GA4 retention settings (14 months).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Wellvedis after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
